If you show up and still don’t think it’s worth it, 100% money back guarantee.
Confidentiality By Design:
NDAs, No Note Takers, No Recordings, No Shame
Ego Just Got A Promotion
The thing that nearly took you out did not retire when the company started working. It just changed outfits. It is in the hire you will not make because the honest answer is uncomfortable, the partner conversation you keep postponing, the pricing call you avoid. Your friends in the rooms cannot relate to a seven-figure problem. Your founder friends do not understand running a company on spiritual principles. So you carry both, alone. This room is where that ends.
You Have Two Rooms
And Neither One Holds You
Unmanageability shows up in spreadsheets, and there is nowhere to take it. So you split yourself between two rooms and show up as half of you in both.
Your 12 Step Room
The problems are the wrong size
You cannot ask this room how to buy out a partner, and you cannot share about a good quarter without hearing how nice that must be. So the biggest thing in your week never gets said.
Your Peer Group
The room changes when you say it
Smart people, real problems, and an open bar at every event. Mention recovery and you watch the temperature shift, so the single most important thing about how you operate stays off the table.
A Board Of Directors For
The Whole Thing
Not a mastermind with a recovery flavor. A confidential room of high-achieving sober founders who hold each other to it, on the business and on everything underneath it.
Stop Carrying It Alone
Sit monthly with people who know the specific loneliness of building something while staying sober, because they are doing it too.
Nothing Is Too Good To Say
Bring the win you cannot celebrate anywhere else, and the guilt that came with it. Both belong here.
Your Actual Peers
People who share the ambition and the commitment. You stop translating half your life for whoever is in front of you.
Nerve For The Hard Call
Get clear before the pivotal decision, with input from nine people who have made the same call and lived with it.
The Story Under The Business
Founders’ Compass sessions go all the way down. Someone else’s honest inventory is the thing that moves yours.
Money You Are Leaving
Members report finding $500,000+ in their own business from one afternoon of the room looking at it properly.
Say The Unsayable
The things that do not fit a 12 step meeting and do not fit an entrepreneur circle. We have our own set of those.
Leave With Something
Every session ends with a decision made, a problem unstuck, or a next step you were avoiding. Not just a good feeling.
Two Hours A Month,
Built For Deep Connection
2-Hour Sessions
Member Updates
Your top 5% and bottom 5% from the month, the celebrations and the wreckage both. Bring the thing keeping you up and get straight feedback from people who sign payroll.
Founders’ Compass
One member takes the room through their life story and their business, closer to a 4th and 5th step than a business update.
Getting In
- Step 1: a short good fit call
- Step 2: a 1-hour meet and greet with the room
- Step 3: your first 2-hour session
Rooms meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month, 1pm ET / 10am PT.
Ten Seats, Then It Closes
Small enough that every voice gets real time, and that the room gets close fast.
Confidential by Default
NDAs before the first session. No recordings, no note takers, nothing leaves the room.
From The People
In The Room
Real stories from founders who found their people.
“I have been working with the creators of Phoenix Forum for years, before it existed. The insights have easily added an additional $500,000/yr to my bottom line.”
“I love that I have a place where I’m allowed to share my struggles that are too good to share in a 12-step room. Sometimes I feel guilty for my success, but still have my own struggles that I need to tackle in order to stay sober and help others.”
“My business grew 600% last year due to strategies we discussed. I’m beyond THRILLED with my ROI.”

Half a percent better pays for the year.
The people in this room run businesses throwing off six and seven figures. One sharper hire, one pricing decision you stop avoiding, one contract renegotiated, and the room has paid for itself several times over.
For context: founders pay $8k to $30k a year for YPO, Vistage, or Tiger 21. Phoenix Forum runs about $4.2k a year, and it is the only one built for founders in recovery.
Three rooms are running. One is already full at ten. A room closes when it fills and stays closed.
See if it’s the right fit for you, no pressure.

I Built The Room
I Could Not Find
“For years I edited myself in every room I walked into. In the rooms, my business success felt like something to keep quiet about. In business rooms, I left the recovery at the door. I kept looking for the one that held both, and it did not exist, so I built it. Turns out I was the common denominator there too.”
Andrew Lassise, founder
The Long Version
Why Phoenix
Profit-first peer groups do not get recovery. Recovery rooms do not talk business. We are the third option.
How It Works
Once a month on Zoom. A short interview to start. Two hours with the same ten founders, every month.
What You Get
A confidential board, a monthly hot seat, and the Founders’ Compass. Everything the $349 covers.
Straight Answers
What does it take to get in?
Two things. At least one year of continuous sobriety, and a business you have built to $1M+ in annual revenue, past or current. Both matter, because the room only works when everyone at the table has stood in both places. Past that it is a fit conversation, not a form.
What actually happens in a session?
Two hours on Zoom, once a month, same ten people. First everyone shares their top 5% and bottom 5% from the month, and brings the thing keeping them up at night for real-time feedback. Then one member walks the room through their Founders’ Compass, a deep dive into their life and their business, closer to a 4th and 5th step than a business update.
How is this different from YPO, EO, or Vistage?
Those rooms are built for founders generally, and they are good at that. In them you leave your recovery at the door. Here it is the entry requirement and the reason the room is safe enough to be honest in, about the business and about everything underneath it. Plenty of members keep both.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Attend six meetings and complete your Founders’ Compass. If at the six month mark you still do not think it was worth it, we refund you in full. No argument.
Is it really confidential?
Everyone signs an NDA before they get the Zoom link. Nothing is recorded and note takers are not allowed in the room. You can talk one-on-one with another member afterwards about your own takeaways, never about what anyone else said.
Why only ten people?
Because eleven is a webinar. At ten, everybody gets real time in the room every month, and the group gets close enough fast enough for anyone to say the hard thing out loud.
What if I have to miss a month?
It happens, and sessions are not recorded, so there is nothing to catch up on afterwards. The pledge is that you make your meetings and give the room your full attention when you are in it. If you cannot make your own group’s session that month, you may be able to sit in on a different cohort’s session instead. Missed sessions are not refunded.
What does it cost?
Membership is $349 a month, billed monthly, with no setup fee. Every new member also gets $1,994 in sign-up bonuses, and the money-back guarantee above. Anything about term or start date gets covered on the call.
One Call. No Pitch.
